Weekend Breakfast

The only reason I am writing about this is because a simple touch can add a lot to an otherwise ordinary American-style breakfast and turn it into a really wonderfully surprising meal.

The secret is White Truffle Oil.

Gently brush the top of your toast or your eggs (or both) using a pastry brush with the oil. Go very easy, since the oil is very strong and too much will definitely overpower the rest of your meal.
